Normally when buying an item from the Media Store the item gets downloaded into a temporary folder on the hard disk. Then the package is extracted immediately to the proper place in your catalog of Artlantis.

However occasionally the extracting process is failed.

Time to time the Media folder is no longer can be accessed by Artlantis.

Usually because of the Operating System changes the write permission to the subfolders of Media.

To handle this there is a simple workaround:

On MAC computer:

- First make sure that your Artlantis is up to date.
- Close Artlantis.
- Locate the Media folder on the hard disk.

By default it is located in:

MAC HD/Users/Shared/Abvent/Artlantis/Media

- Rename the existing Media folder to “Media1”
- Then prepare a new Media folder at the same place.
- Drag each items and subfolders from the Media1 folder to the freshly made Media folder.

- Relaunch Artlantis then enter to the Media Store.

- Try to re-download the already purchased items.
