Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool
The easiest way to prepare a generic description about your computer configuration is to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
To access it, go to Start in Windows 7 / 8 / 10, type dxdiag and hit Enter.
If this is the first time you’ve used the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, you might be asked whether you want to check if your drivers are digitally signed.
Click Yes to ensure that your drivers have been signed by a publisher that has verified their authenticity.
A diagnostic panel will appear, then push the "Save all information" button as a text document.:
